Hello! My name is Sarah, and I’m the owner of Rendered Tranquility. My journey with tallow-based skincare started with a dream to travel and see the world. While I was saving for an out-of-country school trip, I realized I needed to get creative to make it happen. Around that same time, I was becoming more and more aware of how important it is to use skincare that’s natural and actually works.

I’ve always believed nature knows best, especially when it comes to taking care of our skin. The more I looked at shelves full of chemical-packed products, the more I wanted to create something different, something pure, nourishing, and truly supportive of our skin’s natural beauty.

That’s when I discovered tallow. It’s rich in vitamins and nutrients that our skin naturally recognizes and loves. Using it has been a game-changer for me, and now for so many others, too. What makes it even better is its sustainability. Tallow is a byproduct of the beef industry that usually goes to waste, but by repurposing it, I’m able to give it a second life, turning what would be waste into something that helps people. To me, that’s a small but powerful way to contribute to a more sustainable future.

At just 17 years old, I decided to turn this passion into something bigger and officially started my business, Rendered Tranquility. What began as a way to support my travels has grown into so much more. Over the years, I’ve not only learned and grown as a business owner, but I’ve also been able to share my mission of simple, natural, and eco-friendly skincare with more and more people. Seeing how much my business has grown and how many lives my products have touched has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.
